Integration with Livespace

Configure integration on the iPresso system side

To turn on iPresso integration with LiveSpace you will need to log into an iPresso account.

1. Log in to your iPresso account.
   
2. After logging in to your account, navigate to the “Integration center”.
   
   
   
3. Activate “LiveSpace” Integration in the “CRM” tab.
   
   
   
4. Select the “activate” option, which will take you to the configuration panel.
   

Configure LiveSpace

1. Once activated, log into the LiveSpace Panel.
   
   
   
2. In your LiveSpace account, go to the API tab, then copy the APIKey and APISecret parameters for the selected user.
   
   
   
   
3. Back to the iPresso integration panel and fill in the fields with the copied data.
   
   
   
4. Then, add the LiveSpace account name from the “Integrations and add-ons tab” in the iPresso account panel.
   
   
   
5. After saving the configuration, all the contacts you have in the LiveSpace database will be synchronized with the iPresso database.

Contacts will be added to the iPresso system and tagged as originating from the “LiveSpace” platform.

Important
An important note is that only contacts specified as “persons” will be uploaded to the iPresso system. Items under the “companies” category will not be downloaded.
