The dashboard provides a quick summary of email campaigns. It helps analyze trends, campaign performance, and other metrics and data.
Important information
The data presented on the dashboard is for informational purposes and may include a small margin of error. As a result, the values displayed on the dashboard may not always fully reflect the actual state at the time of viewing. For complete and precise information, we recommend using detailed reports, such as the delivery report, which contain comprehensive data and are generated individually for each campaign. These reports provide a more accurate picture and are not subject to the margin of error present in the general dashboard data.
Where to find it?
To access the Email Campaign Dashboard, go to the main Menu, select the Reports tab, and then click on the Email Dashboards section.
Data shown on the home view
At the start, you can select the time range for which the email dashboard data will be prepared. The available options are: 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. This allows you to easily monitor and analyze trends by observing changes over the chosen period. By default, all charts are generated for the past 7 days.
You can also choose the way the data is presented. By default, all reports are generated on a day by day basis.
The charts present data in three perspectives:
- Day by day – shows the results for each day within the previously selected time period (1, 7, 14, 30 days), which helps identify trends such as increases or decreases in engagement on specific days. This is useful, for example, when determining which days emails are most frequently opened.
- Hourly – presents the hourly distribution throughout the day, allowing you to understand at which hours recipients engage most with your emails. This helps optimize the timing of email campaign sends to achieve maximum effectiveness. It’s useful, for example, to check which hours see the highest number of unsubscribes.
- Days of the week – presents data by day of the week, allowing you to identify which days your emails perform best. This can be helpful when planning campaigns and, for example, deciding which days of the week are optimal for sending emails.

Unsubscribes Chart
This column chart shows the number of unsubscribes from subscriptions made by recipients through the unsubscribe link in email messages. Each column represents a specific day and displays how many people unsubscribed during that period. Analyzing this chart allows you to assess the effectiveness of your email campaign, identify times with higher unsubscribe rates, and adjust content or sending frequency to reduce future unsubscribes. The values presented are cumulative for all consents in the iPresso system. Detailed statistics for each consent are available on the consent dashboard.
Most Common Domains
The presentation of the most commonly used domains shows detailed statistics regarding email sends, deliveries, and link clicks within messages. The bar chart illustrates which email domains (e.g., gmail.com, wp.pl) your recipients have accounts with. The analysis also includes deliverability rates and user interaction metrics, such as link clicks, allowing you to better understand the effectiveness of your email campaigns for different audience groups.
