Sending your first message

iPresso allows you to communicate with your users through multiple channels.

In this article you will learn how to create your first message in an easy and intuitive way. We will use the example of an e-mail message here.

In your iPresso account, navigate to Campaigns, select Create new campaign from the menu on the left, and then click the relevant button. In our example, this will be E-mail.

The Settings page will open. It is crucial to complete all the fields, such as Campaign name, Consent on the basis of which you carry out the sending, Subject Line, "From" field, and Sender e-mail address.

In the next step, specify the recipients of your message. You can either use a segment which you had created before, or create a new segment by selecting relevant criteria for the target group.

After having specified the recipients, you need to create the content of your message. You can use one of several editors that are available here. The most popular ones are Drag&Drop wizard and Your own HTML code. In the Summary page, the system uses different colours to indicate correctly (green) and incorrectly (red) configured elements. If a field is marked in yellow, it means that this element is not required. You can now send, schedule, or save your message.
