iPresso allows you to immediately react to activities of both recognized and anonymous website users.
To launch your first on-site campaign, navigate to Channels, and select Actions on sites. You can set up a new action here by configuring all the required settings.
You have broad opportunities in setting up your on-site messaging. You can have your action displayed on a defined page, selected type of device, or even specific operating systems. Moreover, you can set up cappings and delays, as well as define silent hours to prevent communications from being displayed at certain hours of the day. You can also define the most relevant moment for your message to be displayed.
If you want to test the effectiveness of your communication, enable Action tests, which will allow you to compare conversion results of different communications within the same settings.
It's important to pay attention to the kind of contacts you want to engage. Actions launched for monitored contacts will allow you to select recipients on the basis of their attributes. If you choose to reach the anonymous contacts instead, you will be able to launch the campaign on the basis of the so-called activity progression, which may, for example, include user's movements on the monitored website.
In the next step of the process, Action, you have to select the relevant message that had earlier been designed in iPresso.
The last step Summary allows you to check if you have set up everything correctly. You can then save the action. After moving to the page with the list of all your on-site messages, you can launch the action or test it by selecting the relevant option from the more menu.
