What is an SLA?
SLA is an acronym for the phrase Service Level Agreement. It defines agreements on the level and terms of IT services provided.
The provisions contained in the document are a guarantee for the customer of the quality of the activities performed by the contractor / system availability.
Generating an SLA report
To generate an SLA report go through the path: start -> system -> system usage -> SLA report
The graphs show the system uptime for each billing period.
