There are three methods of adding new contacts into your database in iPresso:
- manually in Contact Manager,
- by importing a database from a CSV file,
- by using contact forms displayed on your website.
If you want to add a contact manually, navigate to Contacts, and select Manager from the menu on the left.
Then click the Add contact button.
Fill in the fields, assign tags and categories, and select relevant consents. You can finish adding a contact either by clicking the Save and close button, or by using the Save button in case you want to keep editing it.
In order to import contacts into iPresso's database, navigate to Contacts and select Contact import from the menu on the left. Here you can download a template of the CSV file which will make it easier for you to properly prepare your file.
Select the file with contacts you want to import. Once the file is uploaded, a new screen will be displayed where you can select character encoding and field separator. It is crucial to check whether the columns names match the data in each column. If that's not the case you can change the names of the columns.

Contact forms on your websites are the last method of collecting data on contacts. An internet user who fills in such a form will have their data automatically sent to your database in iPresso.
Edition of contacts
In order to edit a contact, navigate to Contacts and select Manager from the menu on the left. Find the contact that interests you and click edit.
