In iPresso Studio, you have the ability to create personalized email messages easily and intuitively using the Drag & Drop editor, which allows you to build emails by simply dragging and dropping elements.
The editor enables you to create email campaigns using pre-designed system templates that can be easily customized by adjusting the layout, appearance, and content of the message.
To use the editor, go to the "Channel”> Campaigns” ->"click on the “+” button -> Communication channel: "Email," and then configure the various fields in the "Settings" and "Recipients" steps according to the instructions provided here. Proceed to the "Content" step and select the Drag & Drop Editor, using one of the available templates or creating a new design from scratch.
From the "Elements" tab, you can drag and drop blocks onto the editing screen that you want to include in your message.
The "Style" tab allows you to easily modify the appearance of all elements within a given category that have been included in your message, without the need for individual editing of each block. This option is useful when you want to standardize the look of your email campaign.
To modify the content and appearance of a single element, hover over it with your cursor and click the pencil icon.
The editor offers extensive personalization options for your message based on contact attributes, which you can define in the Dictionaries. Simply go to the "Content" tab for the text block and select the desired attribute from the "Personalize content" list. The selected attribute will appear in the block in curly braces. This means that for each recipient, data saved on their contact card will be pulled to create a unique message for that person. Here, you also have the option to include a discount coupon from a pool of codes you prepared earlier.
Instead of inserting a standard hyperlink into your message, you can use the "Button" element. This allows you to create a visually appealing call-to-action button. The button's text can be personalized, and its appearance can be easily customized to meet your needs.
A similar function is served by the "Social" element, which allows you to include links in the form of buttons to profiles on selected social media platforms.
The editor automatically generates header and footer fields in the appropriate places, which will be included in the sent email message.
In the header editing, pay particular attention to the option for defining a preheader. The preheader will be displayed in the recipient's inbox alongside the subject line of the email. A well-crafted preheader can make your message more visible, increasing the chances that the recipient will open your email.
The footer is where, in addition to providing information about the reason for the email or final text, you can include a hyperlink or email address for unsubscribing from communication, or a link to a profile page where the contact can view and edit their personal data.
Including a link for unsubscribing or accessing the profile page is mandatory when sending marketing messages.
You can save your creation at any time by clicking the blue "Save as Template" button. This is especially useful for creating messages for regular campaigns, such as newsletters, where the layout and appearance of the elements remain consistent.
