What are unsubscribe pages?

Every person who provided consent to receive specific types of communication, has the right to withdraw it at any moment. This can be done by clicking a relevant link included, for example, in an email’s content, which will lead to an unsubscribe page.

Such page will open after a specific link is clicked, which may, for example, be placed in an email footer.

Creating a unsubscribe page

If you want to create an unsubscribe page, navigate to System > Consent Manager > Unsubscribe pages, and click the Add first page button.

You can create an unsubscribe page in an HTML editor. You can also upload a previously prepared page by loading a .zip package and attaching files with CSS styles and JavaScript functions.

If you use the Two Steps option, you will be able to break down the contact's resignation from communication into two stages: verification and confirmation.
