To configure the silent hours, navigate to System > Campaigns settings > Silent hours. The availability of this module depends on the access rights assigned to specific groups of users.
By enabling Silent hours you can turn off communication with your contacts in channels such as abandoned processes or actions onsites. The use of silent hours, e.g. in an action on site, will disable specific actions within selected periods of time.
In actions on sites and in abandoned processes, you can configure multiple Silent hours periods for one process - e.g. you can configure Silent hours for specific days of month and for selected months and then set them up during the configuration of actions on the page or abandoned process.
Configuring Silent hours
To add a new Silent hours period, click the Add button in the upper right corner.
A configuration page will be available in the newly opened view, which consists of the following fields:

- Type - time interval in which Silent hours are to be configured:
a) Days of month - select the day(s) of the month on which silent hours will be active - e.g. by selecting 4 and 5, you set the silence hours for the 4th and the 5th day of a month.
b) Days of week - select the day(s) of the week on which silent hours will be active - e.g. by selecting Saturday and Sunday, you turn on Silent hours for each weekend.
c) Months - select the month(s) during which the silent hours will be active - e.g. selecting December will enable the silent hours throughout the entire month.
d) Date period - select the Date from and Date to - e.g. choose a date range from 10:00 AM on 05/05/2019 to 10:00 AM on 06/05/2019
e) Hourly period - select the Hour from and Hour to - e.g. you can set it from 22:00 to 6:00, so the Silent hours will be active within those hours each day.
Invert Silent hours
You also have the option to invert silent hours. Selecting this feature will launch, for example, actions on site when the Silent hours are turned on.
