Data export configuration

How to create your own data export configuration?

A data export configuration gives you the ability to prepare a customized report containing a range of relevant information. 

To create your own configuration follow the path:

System --> Dictionaries --> Contacts --> Data Export Configuration

Then click the "Add" button.

In the next view you have the possibility to set the configuration individually for:

• Attributes
• Activities and actions

Available formats for saving attributes and activities:

• json
• json_new_line
• csv

Having the data prepared, click the "Save" button and follow the path:

Segmentation --> Create segment

Create a segment for which you want to pull the previously prepared activities and/or attributes. In the next step, go to the "Ready to use" tab, click the "Add action" button, and then Export data based on configuration. 

Select a configuration from the drop-down list and click "Perform."
