ACTION ON THE SEGMENT
An activity performed in bulk on previously created segment of contacts, that is ready for use - for example: adding a tag, assigning a category, sending an email, etc.
ACTIONS ON SITES
Communication with an active (present) contact, e.g. on a website, in real time. The functionality allows to configure the conditions once a pop-up or other message is displayed.
ACTIVITIES
Actions performed directly by a given contact. This could be, for example: opening an email or clicking on a link.
ALGORITHM
Also referred to as a script. It is a series of planned, automatically consecutive stages of personalized marketing communication.
SURVEY
Allows to explore the opinions of current and potential respondents by allowing them to answer open-ended and closed-ended questions (with answer choices) defined in the survey.
CONTACTS' ATRIBUTES
Information on the characteristics of a particular contact. These include, for example, province, city, gender, age, interests.
COOKIE
A text file created by the web server, stored on the user's computer. It stores information such as individual page settings, login or password.
DIRECT MARKETING
Marketing messages addressed directly to a specific customer. In the case of iPresso, these are messages delivered via email, sms, voice.
ACCESS TO CONTACTS
An option allowing to limit the visibility of contacts in the database, and assign a given permission to a specific group of users.
ACTIONS
Actions performed by the system operator on a given contact. This can be, for example: sending e-mailing, sending web push messages, etc.
FORM
Allows to create a web page element containing predefined data entry fields, used to acquire, for example, new contacts to the database or additional data about contacts already in the database.
SILENT HOURS
A predefined time frame during which no campaigns will be sent, even if a contact meets the conditions set in the scenario, etc.
ID
A unique number given to each contact in the database through which it can be identified. The ID number can be used to create a segment from a CSV file.
API KEY
A string of characters that provides integration from the iPresso system to any other system and allows the exchange of data between them. In order to use the API, you need to read the documentation and perform the necessary steps to make the integration work.
MONITORING CODE
Allows you to monitor the traffic of the page to which it was implemented.
ANONYMOUS CONTACT
A contact whose data are not defined in the database or whose data we cannot associate with a contact in the database due to the use of a different browser or a different device.
MONITORED CONTACT
A contact whose activities are tracked and stored in the system, due to a cookie stored on contact's web browser.
CONTACTS IN THE DATABASE
Persons or records in the database, whose data such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, e-mail address, etc., are contained in the iPresso system.
KPI
Key Performance Indicator. Indicator measured against set targets.
LANDING PAGE
An active website optimized for the content presented, where the contacts go to once they e.g. open an email, are transferred from a browser, etc.
LEAD
A potential customer ready to make contact with the sales department. A lead is a person reached the iPresso database through marketing activities, filling out a survey or form.
LEAD NURTURING
A period of educating the lead through long-term, personalized marketing efforts. The term is also used: customer maturation.
MONITORED SITE
Any website to which a monitoring code has been implemented.
RECEPIENTS
Contacts that go into the scenario or to whom communication e.g. e-mail is sent..
CONENT PERSONALIZATION
A process that tailors the content of a mailing to a given contact based on all possible information, e.g. predefined attributes.
POPUP
A type of message in the form of a separate browser window that appears once browsing a particular website. The appearance and content of the displayed message can be easily configured in the Content / Popup Creations tab.
ABANDONED PROCESS
The option to automatically remind the customer of their interrupted purchase process through communication channels such as email, web push, sms, voice.
RELATIONS BETWEEN CONTACTS
Ability to create relationships between contacts on a "parent-child" basis. Relationships make it possible to segment the database and create conditions depending on the characteristics or attributes of the "child."
PIPELINE RAPORT
A type of funnel-shaped report in which, as a rule, the following values are smaller than previous ones. This report allows you to easily monitor the number of contacts at different stages of specific processes, such as sales.
SATELLITE
Functionality that allows you to use data such as weather conditions, stock market indicators, currency exchange rates, sports results, etc., downloaded from external sources to launch precise marketing activities in iPresso.
SEGMENT
A group of contacts that has been extracted from the database based on particular criteria or through a CSV file.
BEHAVIORAL SCORING
A method of awarding points for specific actions or reactions taken by leads. The points add up, so we can more easily value the contact. The higher the number of scoring points, the greater the chance of achieving a goal, such as buying a product.
DEMOGRAPHIC SCORING
A method of awarding points for the things that are most relevant from your point of view, such as the position a lead holds, the size of the company he or she works for, or the city he or she is from.
SMS
A text-based marketing message sent to a customer's phone.
SMS PRO
SMS z indywidualną nazwą nadawcy, pozwalający na otrzymanie raportu dostarczalności. Konieczna jest wcześniejsza rezerwacja nazwy nadawcy.
PROFILE PAGE
A special page that allows you to inform potential and current customers about the data you have collected about them. The solution also provides contacts with the ability to withdraw individual consents and allows them to edit, export and delete all their data from the system
UNSUBSCRIBE PAGE
A special page that provides contacts with the ability to resign from receiving e-mail messages. User can open such a page by clicking the appropriate link, which can be included in the footer of the e-mail.
TAGS
Keywords assigned to e.g. contacts and groups of contacts to facilitate their later segmentation. Adding/deleting a tag does not defer to the contact's activity history.
UNIQUENESS OF AN E-MAIL ADDRESS
When this setting is enabled, the system does not allow you to add more than one contact, with a given email address.
UTMs
A set of five parameters that can be assigned to a given URL to test the effectiveness of a specific marketing campaign.
USER
A person with an account in the iPresso system who is identified by a login and password. Users can have different permissions to the iPresso system.
VOICE
Głosowy komunikat marketingowy przesyłany klientowi na telefon.
WEB PUSH TOKEN
Token identified with the device (browser) on which the user has agreed to receive push notifications. The user receives the token once he or she clicks "Allow" on the message that appears after accessing the website.
ENTERING THE FIRST STEP IN THE MA SCENARIO
The number of entries to running Marketing Automation scenarios. If contact enters more than one scenario - each entry is counted separately.
WEB PUSH MESSAGE
The messages, which take the form of small rectangular windows that allow real-time communication with Internet users using browsers, both on desktop and mobile devices.
CONSENT
Acceptance by the contact to collect personal data and conduct communications. The iPresso system does not allow a message to be sent to contacts if they do not have at least one consent active. New consents can be conveniently added through the Dictionaries section.
CONTACT SOURCE
The method of saving the contact in the database, for example: through a sign-up form, landing page or import from a file.
