Activities and actions - definitions

In addition to system actions and activities that are by default ready for use, iPresso gives you the opportunity to create your own definitions. To do this, navigate to System, and then to Dictionaries > Contacts > Activities and actions > Definitions.

To define a new action or activity, click the Add button in the upper right corner and then select the type of activity (contact activity or action on contact), name it, provide an API key and, if necessary, assign a category.

Defined actions and activities can be assigned to contacts via API. For more information on this subject, please view the documentation we provide.

Due to the large number of definitions that can be saved on one account, it is worth remembering about the search options of created activities and activities. The option of displaying only system or non-system definitions is particularly useful.

To do this, click the search button in the upper right part of the main view, and then use the System activity search option.

After adding a new activity or activity, you can assign parameters to individual definitions.
