Landing Page - how to get started?
A landing page (let's call it LP) is a website designed to get a specific action from a user, such as signing up for a newsletter, webinar or downloading an e-book. In iPresso you can easily and quickly create your own landing page :)
To get started, go to the Content section, choose Landing Page > Drafts and click Create a new Landing Page:
In case you already have some LPs created - click Add:
Then select the new template option. You can start editing process and enter the name of your LP:
WYSIWIG Editor
You can now create your landing page using the WYSIWIG editor (what you see is what you get), and you can preview your page on the right.
HTML Code
The second, recommended method, is to upload your HTML code - you will do this, after clicking the Source option:
This gives you the ability to paste the HTML code and preview your LP:
Once clicking the Document Source button again, you will see your page in the editor.
It's also worth checking the preview in a larger window - click View in the upper right corner:
If you don't have the capacity and/or resources to create an LP, outsource it to us - use iPresso Creative Services.
Settings
Visibility period allows you to limit the time of publication of the page:
You can also place a contact form to any LP. In order to do that, select a pre-made form from the list. Then in the editor, select the insert form option, or type
{{contactForm}}
at the place where you want to insert this form.
To stylize your LP t, it can add CSS styles:
An external domain will allow you to make your LP available at an address associated with your domain. Enter here the address where you want to publish your site and contact our support to complete the setup:
If you have completed the configuration, click save in the upper left corner.
Landing page is ready
You will find it in draft versions. Before publishing, you can click on the preview - a new window with your LP will open.
If everything looks like you expect, click Turn on. The LP will appear in the Active tab on the left. Of course, you can manage your LP as you wish :)
