Scenario - own templates

Using your own scenario templates

In iPresso scenarios, we can use the sample templates in the account, or create our own.

You can use the sample templates when creating scenarios by clicking "Templates".

There you will find some simple scenario paths you can use.

On the other hand, if you often create scenarios with a similar path for your contacts, you can save your scenario as a template by going to the summary and clicking "SAVE AS A TEMPLATE."

You can find saved scenario templates by going to start -> automation -> scenarios -> templates.

Then, by clicking "use", you will be taken to create a scenario with your previously saved settings and a previously prepared path for contacts.

All you need to do is to customize such a template according to your current needs and you're done!
