How are limits calculated in a WhatsApp campaign?
Limits are calculated each time a message is attempted to be sent to WhatsApp in the conversation tree, that is, each of our responses in the app counts towards the limit.
If the message cannot be delivered, for example, due to incorrect content after parsing, service unavailability or any other error that occurs when trying to transfer data from iPresso, the limit consumption is not reversed.
If the campaign is canceled by the user, the accrued limit is also not undone.
We can check WhatsApp sending limits in the panel by going to:
Start -> System -> System usage -> Current usage
