Whatsapp - Permissions and Access

The WhatsApp campaign module is covered by the standard permissions mechanisms for the iPresso account.

WhatsApp permission settings for user groups are visible in the panel under the path:

start > system > system accesses > users > user groups.

The visibility of the permissions for the channel appears when the functionality is launched on the iPresso account. If you want to launch a WhatsApp communication channel on your account, please contact your Account Manager.

Types of permissions 

There are 2 types of permissions:

• view - allows you to view campaigns and reports (for monitoring and collecting campaign data)
• edit - allows you to add, manage and launch campaigns (for campaign maintenance)

In addition, it is necessary to add a WhatsApp account in the Integration Center and attach a phone number to it - without this, only a "blind" will be visible.
