The WhatsApp campaign module is covered by the standard permissions mechanisms for the iPresso account.
WhatsApp permission settings for user groups are visible in the panel under the path:
start > system > system accesses > users > user groups.
The visibility of the permissions for the channel appears when the functionality is launched on the iPresso account. If you want to launch a WhatsApp communication channel on your account, please contact your Account Manager.
Types of permissions
There are 2 types of permissions:
- view - allows you to view campaigns and reports (for monitoring and collecting campaign data)
- edit - allows you to add, manage and launch campaigns (for campaign maintenance)
In addition, it is necessary to add a WhatsApp account in the Integration Center and attach a phone number to it - without this, only a "blind" will be visible.
