There may be a situation where the token assigned to the contact becomes invalid. The validity of the token is beyond the control of iPresso, and the loss of validity can occur for many reasons such as a browser will have cleared settings or for some reason, firebase or a browser will generate a new token. In these cases, of course, a new token will be saved in the system but the old one will also be visible because in iPresso we do not have information that a given token is already invalid. In this case, if we try to send a push to a token that is no longer valid, it will be removed from iPresso and will not be recorded in the shipment report.
