The contacts dashboard is a place where we can approach current information regarding our contacts in the database, their activity, actions and more in an easy and clear way with the help of charts.
Where to find?
To preview the dashboard, go from the main Menu bar to the Contacts tab then enter the Contacts Dashboard section.
Appearance of the dashboard:
The top three tiles present the following data:
- Contacts count - this shows the total number of contacts in the database as of today, along with the change in the last 15 days.
- Number of activities - here we will find information regarding the number of activities recorded in the system in the last 15 days and the change from the previous 15 days.
- Number of actions - we will find here information regarding the number of performed activities recorded in the system in the last 15 days and the change from the previous 15 days.
Number of contacts and number of contacts by type
Below you will find 2 charts - the first one is about the number of contacts (with an indication of the number of contacts monitored), the next one is about the number of contacts by contact type (for example store, employee, customer). The charts easily allow us to analyze and quickly review our database.
Most common activities and actions
The next chart is a graph showing statistics in the context of the most common activities performed by contacts over a certain period of time (for example, the last 15/30 days). On the other hand, next to it you will find a chart showing the most common actions performed against these individuals.
In your dashboard, you will also find a list of contacts that are most active recently.
Adding your own charts
Above, we have presented only the default types of charts in iPresso - the dashboard, of course, responds to the broader needs of marketers.
The red tile located in the upper right corner allows you to freely add your own charts, on which you can graphically present the statistics of a specific selected segment. Here you can define any data collected by the system for a specific group of contacts.
