How to create a Persona?

In the Persona Creator, you can create profiles of ideal customers (ICP - Ideal Customer Profile), communication recipients, and people to whom messages are created. These are people who have characteristics that determine how best to communicate with them.

Where to find:

Contacts > Persona > Create a new persona.

Fields describing the persona

A persona can be described in many ways. These fields describing the persona are added in the form of boxes.

Text - descriptions in the form of any text,

Numbers - any numbers,

Date - the ability to enter a date,

List - bullet-pointed text,

Tags - the ability to assign tags.

The order and size of the individual fields can be changed.
