KPI Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard is an iPresso functionality that allows you to define your key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them. The KPI Dashboard can be accessed via the following path illustrated below:

Main Menu → Reports → KPI Dashboard.

How to set up the KPI Dashboard

By clicking "Add the first target", the iPresso user proceeds to define it. The panel shows him a series of criteria according to which the goal will be defined. These criteria are:

•  Name of our KPI
• Type of goal to be achieved, e.g. : new contacts, landing page hits
• Category of new contacts: any category or selected categories 
• Period in which the achievement of the goal is to be monitored e.g.: day, week
• Target value to be achieved in the defined period
