Contact base analysis is an iPresso functionality that allows users to analyze their customer base from various aspects. To enter this module, navigate through the system as follows:
Main Menu → Reports → Analysis of the contact database
Configure your own contact base analysis
When we click " create first report", the system takes us to the following configurator:
In the configurator, name the report accordingly, select the group of users authorized to view the following report and the categories of contacts for which the report will be created. Then save this configuration.
Analytics of the database can present, among other things:
- analysis of place of residence
- analysis of contact registration date
- analysis of positions/functions assigned to contacts
Data can be presented using tabular form, as well as bar and pie charts.
