Consent dashboard

What is a consent dashboard?

The consent dashboard is an iPresso functionality that allows the user to see what portion of the contact base has consent for a given mailing/form of communication and how many unsubscribes and signups for a given consent occurred on a given day. The user must follow the following path to get to the consent dashboard:   

System → Consent Manager → Consent Dashboard

The consent dashboard displays a chart that covers a monthly period of time. Below the "select consent" checkbox, we notice how many percent of contacts have consent for a given mailing, and below this information is a graph.

For each of the days on the graph's timeline, two bars can be assigned to represent the number of unsubscribes or enrollments on that day. In the event that only enrollments or discharges occurred on a given day, then only one bar is assigned to that day. Below the chart we have a legend describing the meaning of the particular color the bar is in. 

Appearance of the consent dashboard

If we want to change the view to a different consent in the consent dashboard, just click on the "select consent" box. If we have other consents set up in iPresso, then a drop-down list will appear:
