Possibilities of using WhatsApp Campaigns in other iPresso mechanisms

Examples of use

WhatsApp campaigns, can be used in standard iPresso mechanisms, which are scenarios and abandoned processes. In order to be able to use this channel in these functionalities, the WhatsApp campaign we want to use for this should be set up as an API trigger and be given a unique API key.

Having the campaign prepared, we can use it in a scenario or abandoned process by selecting the "WhatsApp message sending" block prepared for this.

In the block, we select which dispatch we want to use in this scenario, as well as other standard settings for scenario dispatches, such as contact rejection and scoring for transition.
