Summary reports of campaigns

In the Reports section, you will also find a tab such as Summary Reports. 

Here you are able to verify your campaigns in terms of effectiveness and conversion levels.

Breakdown of reports 

The section is divided into reports on dispatches broken down into different communication channels, among others, email, SMS and voice messages.  

Below you will find a description of the various reporting options provided by the system. 

E-mail campaigns reports

With the help of an advanced search engine you are able to find an already completed e-mail dispatch you are interested in and check its conversions. 

For this purpose, use the selected search field(s):

• Shipment ID, 
• Name of the shipment, 
• Date of creation,
• Date modified,
• Date of sending,
• Date of sending the message,
• Dispatch for scenarios, 
• Dispatch with A/B test option,
• Archived dispatch, 
• Tagged with a specific tag,
• Created on the basis of a template

After searching for a relevant dispatch, you are able to view a detailed report of that dispatch. Here you will check how many messages were sent, how many of them received delivery confirmation, the number of opens, clicked links, as well as the number of unsubscribes and cancellations of this dispatch is also given. 

SMS campaigns reports

In the case of reports from SMS campaigns - the search engine works very similarly to that of email campaigns, but it is slightly less extensive due to the capabilities of this channel. 

The report on our completed campaigns shows the number of all messages, the number of messages sent correctly, information on confirmation of delivery and cancellation of SMS campaigns. 

Voice message campaigns reports

The report works in the same way as for SMS campaigns (in the preview we will see a summary: all, sent, confirmed delivery and canceled)

Export files 

The Export Files tab contains the ability to export reports from our email, SMS, or voice message campaigns as a csv file.  

To download such a report, click the "export" button in the report search tab. 

The dispatch report automatically falls into the Export Files tab and can be downloaded.
