REST API documentation

In addition to using the default integrations available in iPresso, you may also use your own solutions. This is made possible thanks to the REST API.

REST API documentation - useful information

First, you need to define API User Groups in the panel, granting appropriate access permissions, and create accounts of API Users, which will be used to authorize specific methods.

The documentation also has a separate section on the JS API, which is a solution that allows you to send data on activities of recognized as well as anonymous contacts using JavaScript.
