Feed Manager is a place in iPresso where you can collect data about your products, content and other elements in order to use them for personalization of communication or recommendations (e.g. for a group selected from segmentation).
The most important benefits of using Feed Manager are:

- use of the same data from feeds from one place in many communication channels, which ensures consistency in products - each channel will have the same information,

Let's focus on selling in the e-commerce market. While running an online store, you definitely want to target your audience with products they are most interested in. Let's get to a furniture store. You're just releasing a new line that includes items from two different types - leisure and office. Therefore, you want to separate their promotion according to the needs of customer groups for these exact types.
To do this in iPresso, you first need to select the appropriate customer groups through segmentation. We'll call one "Leisure" and the other "Office" in order to easier match them for their respective campaigns:
Now the Feed Manager comes into play. Add the relevant product features to it. On their base, we will match these products to the appropriate segments. The features mentioned are product ID, name, description, category, color, quantity in stock, and price. Very most important for selection may also be "type", which determines whether it is leisure or office furniture:

The next step is to add products and save your feed:
Thanks to this, in a mailing or SMS you can highlight those articles which are currently on promotion, their quantity in stock is low or you can select them on the basis of color.
Now, all you have to do is to select the products from the new line based on their features and promote them among the segmented groups of contacts. Or, as it's called in iPresso - create data sets.
